i am getting error mscvr71.dll is missing when installing DLO Agent mp7?

hello friends and guys

i have installed Netbackup DLO Agent mp7 on 15 users approx with operating systems win 7

as i open the system it gives the error msvcr71.dll is missing 

i have reinstalled so many times , but still giving error

i am confused

kindly help

Try to registerd

regsvr32 msvcr71.dll

Look this Microsoft KB and fixed issue

as per the document: http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH190707 , please copy msvcr71.dll file from another Windows 7 machine where it exists. DLO needs msvcr71.dll to be present in the System32 folder.

and reboot the machine 

and check the agent
