Cannot retrieve item. Index was outside bounds of the array.

When viewing the results of a search I got the above message on one of the results.  Can anyone tell me what this means?

Can you share your EV and DA version and if this is Exchange, Domino, etc..?

Also, do you have an Event in the app log, like an Event ID 375?

If you choose to view the original item does it open?

I apologize.  EV is at 9.0.2 and DA is 9.0.3, and the vault is Exchange.  Do you mean the Windows Application log or the Symantec Enteprise Vault Application and Services log?  If it's the Windows Application log there is not event id 375.  If it's the Symantec Enterprise Vault Application and Services log, unfortunately, I don't have access to the application logs (I've been trying to get it but our security team has not granted it yet).  I can't answer your last question because I didn't save the search I was working with.

See if you can repeat the error. Often, these errors are one time events.

Thanks I will see if it happens with the new searches I have to run.  I can't remember the exact search terms I ran when I got the error message.
