DA Export in error, after Retry ALL items export

Hello all, DA experts,

DA 12.5.3

A case with a lot of items on hold. 1 search with 5512739 items. This search to be exported to ZIP file, with Exclude similar items. 3957896 items similar, so 1554843 should be exported. During export, the export goes into ERROR. When a Retry is done, the export goes back into ERROR fast, but the EXPORT remains running, and the count goes over what is expected. Current count is 1729690..

I thought a retry would obey the same setting is the original..

Anyone an idea what this might be?

update. although the counter goes up above what is expected, eventually it goes back to the number what is expected..

When you retry an export, it seems to be doing a check on what has been exported (which is added to the counter). Eventually, it catches up to where it was, and continues exporting. Or, it finds the export is finished, and starts generating the reports.

A way to check is to keep an eye on the folder where the exports come. Although you see the export itself in 'error', there are actually items being added to the zip. Patience is a virtue..
