Can someone guide me where to find the documentation for Failover  and Failback procedures for DA 8.0? I am specifically looking for Failback procedure. If my primary server is back online, what steps/checklist  that I should look for failback. process.

I do not believe a failover/failback document has been created.

You can however follow the steps to move to a new server:

You would need to make sure you had good copies of the files listed in step 7 if the original DA server was toast.

AcceleratorManager.exe.config
AcceleratorManagerConsole.exe.config
AcceleratorService.exe.config
ADSynchroniser.exe.config

I followed the same doc for Failover process. However, If my original DA server is back online and wants to failback to it, are there any special steps/checklists needed to  attened on HA server?? or is it simply shut down HA server, bring up the original server.

Just follow the steps again and shut down the current and bring up the original.  Should be easy peasy.
