Hi All,
On EV & DA 9.0 SP2. Searches are running cleanly, but exports to either PSTs or MSGs are consistently producing the following errors:
"Error Failed to retrieve: An internal error occurred. Internal error: '<0x8004011b>'."
Sometimes a "failed" message subdir is created with msgs, sometimes not, but the msgs are never written back to the PSTs. There is nothing wrong or unique about the failed msgs.
Symantec has been engaged and had advised that the DA db and logs were too large, so we created new db and truncated the logs, but the errors still occur.
Has anyone seen this before?

Please ensure that the version of Outlook on the EV and DA servers has the following MS hotfixes intstalled, then restart each server for the hotfix to take effect.
For Outlook 2003 sp3 - http://support.microsoft.com/kb/948073 - 2003 SP3 HF

For Outlook 2007

Hello There,
As a quick check, while reviewing those items in DA Client Review screen, are able to see the preview for such items which are getting failed when you perform the export ?
Error shown in DA is kind of generic and thrown by ECM API, there are different root causes involved at the back for such errors coming.
You can also take the trace of AcceleratorService on DA side when you are doing performing an export. That should give some more and meaningful information to spot the correct root cause.
