Missing bottom tabs in Discovery Accelerator searches

Hello,

We are in the process of upgrading to DA 12 however we are on 10 today. Due to a currupt database we created a new one. Now one of our Paralegal's cannot see all the tabs at the bottom of her page. Within a search she opens an email but the bottom tabs are missing.

Hello Rick,

Have you check the DA roles associate at your Paralegal ?
And have you check actions possible associate at each DA roles ?

Open DA client with VSA for check it.
