Hi Guys

getting the attached message constantly in the EV log

anyone seen this before or could give a pointer as to what is causing it

Indeed it has been fixed in DA 8 sp5 .

 

This error is caused when in Discovery Accelerator you delete a case that had Legal Holds applied  and     did not release them before you deleted the case.

its an annoying  error that fills up your event logs, BUT does not  stop the product from working.

 

your options are to either upgrade to DA 8 sp5 or later (following the upgrade path guide)

or open a case for the DA queue as a sev 3, we have to run a couple of SQL queries  and  then do some table manipulation to stop the errors.
