quotation marks within Symantec Enterprise Vault Discovery Acclerator

What kind of quotations marks are supported in Discovery acclerator to achieve phrase searches. Only Alt 34 -> " or also others like Alt 0147 “ or Alt 0148 ”.

Is this depended on local settings or different keyboards? We had a problem giving wrong results duing a compliance search.

Would highly recommend opening a case with Symantec to get the official response.  This is a peer to peer forum and even though SYMC employees are on here it isn't a replacement for an official support ticket.
