I am team trying to search one user in DA client, but could not find the user and failed, please advice how to fix this issue
Below are findings:
1. user AD is disabled
2. user outlook mailbox is deleted
3. user EV account is enabled
Note: issue is only for one user, we could search for other users

So what exactly are you trying to do? Are you trying to search a users archive? Can you please share the following:

how did you perform your search? are you saying he's not in custodian manager? are you searching by smtp address?
if the archive exsists, make sure you have the right vault store selected too but if you have DA then maybe you are journaling in which case you should be looking there too.

Hi,
In DA Client when you create the search just only select that user account in archives section and run search.
or at application tab in Archives select that user archive and then create new search.
You will defiantly get hits.
Also make sure you are able to run EV server from Vault admin console against that user archive.
