When I'm loggin' into PartnerNet - I can't see e-books. Is it available for Russia/Ukraine?

Contact your local Symatec representative - I did, and it seems that you need to sent request directly to the representative to get access to E-Books.

Got confirmation from my PAM. It seems that to get access some internal workflow of approval should be completed. Then I will get confirmation from EMEA_Partner_Enablement.
Will keep you informed upon completion.

Yes, the process takes about 24 hours. Your request for access has now been submitted to the US who will process it & send you a separate e-mail with your login details, etc...

Hi Vunny,
yes, that is the general rule but if you have a good business reason, for example you are on the verge of becoming one of our Specialist Partners, then you can also request access via your Symantec Account Manager.
If you don't know who that is, just send a mail to EMEA_Channel_Programs@symantec.com requesting access & they can forward this to an Account Manager in your region (please state in your mail which Partner & country you are from.

Dear All,
I have installed lock wizard and E book on Demand but when i click on Ebook on demand its says no internet connection is available.
please note that i m sitting behind proxy so does it work behind proxy or not or it requires direct internet connection.

What you can do is to try to connect from other location with direct access. Remember, that you have licence to install on two PCs, so you can try to install at other location.
