If the Exchange 2010 Full DAG Backups are working with Status Code 0 and the Netbackup Client Services and the legacy Services on the Clients ( MAILBOX Nodes and CAS Nodes) are started with doamin admin account.

The reason must be Circular logging.

Microsoft Exchange Server version 4.0 has a feature called Circular Logging. This feature prevents the continuous build up of Microsoft Exchange database Transaction Log files on the hard drive. However, differential and incremental backups cannot be performed if this feature is enabled.

The Circular Logging feature is ENABLED by default when Microsoft Exchange Server is installed.

Either you can perform the Full backups only else Disable Circular logging and perform full backup and test the Diff-Incremental Exchange 2010 DAG backups.
