Hi,
When logging a Support Case at mysupport.symantec.com and, need more then 5 Minutes to fill out the form, then press on Submit at the URL "https://mysupport.symantec.com/submitcasedeflection.html"
I'm getting an JBoss exeption from the Webserver (please check attached screen shot).
It would be good to have a proper message that the session is expired (what is the default timeout by the way)?
Also the entered text should be displayed otherwise the text you entered seems lost.

Wonder if I can get some feedback from one of the Forum Admins?
This is getting anoying when opening longer Support tickets.

...I see it is escalated to support. If you don't come right, go to the Overview section of this forum and contact an admin there (check for their names).
Have you flushed your Internet cache by the way?

Yes I did it multiple times, since when i close my browser all caches and cookies are deleted as well.
Also you can see in the error it's Server related, not client...
