Hello,

I have a problem of losing arbitrary communication with remote machines with Backup exec2014 running on Windows 2012R2 server.

Any idea please?

here is error log:

Have you made sure that Backup Exec is fully patched by running LiveUpdate?

yes i am sure that it is fully patched .

i downloaded the latest version of liveupdate and installed the latest hostfix .the server and agents on client machines are updated!!

Any other idea?
