Backup failing with error code :-96.

· We checked the Scratch pool .Enough Scratch tapes are available. Restarted the backup but failed again with error code:-96.
· Ran the inventory in order to update the volume configuration. Resubmitted the backup again but failed with error code:-96
· Stop and start Netbackup services on Master server twice (chev1bkp2).
· Manually change the Volume pool of a tape from GUI and put some tapes to the volume pool SAPDB4WEEKS. Resubmitted the backups but failed again. No luck.
· Enough scratch tapes available in scratch pool.

· Temporarily changed the volume pool of failed backups from (SAPDB4WEEKS) to (APP4WEEKS). Resubmitted the backups but failed again.
· Attached are the BPTM logs for today.
