One of the things which I discovered quite some time ago was a sneaky way to get an RSS feed of new Technotes and HowTo articles which get published by Symantec, in relation to Enterprise Vault.

Note: Internet Explorer and plenty of other things ‘complain’ about the feed. That’s because for some odd reason there is a blank line at the beginning. I’ve no idea who to contact to get that sorted out. However, it does mean that you can’t (for example) add it to your blog – like I tried. You can view it in Google Reader though!
