Symantec Backup Exec Management Plug-in 1.1 for Kaseya until the recent past was supporting the following Kaseya versions namely Kaseya Server v 6.1 and Kaseya Server v6.2. The release of Kaseya Server v6.3 in first quarter of this year changed the scenario a bit and the existing plug-in was no longer compatible.
