Q: Where can I try VSR 18?
A: Here's the trialware site: https://www.veritas.com/trial/en/us/system-recovery-18.

Q: I have System Recovery 16.0 that we purchased in January, 2017.  Can this be upgraded to 18.0 for free?
A: Assuming you have a license type with maintenance you can upgrade for free, you should have received your license by email.

Q: Who do I call to get a VSR 18 license?
A: Put in a call to our customer care team and they'll send it over. 

Q: Will a 16 license work with 18?
A: No, you will need an updated license. Please contact customer care or your sales rep/partner.

Q: How is VSR Management Solution licensed?
A: VSR Management Solution is licensed with VSR. You are not required to purchase a separate license for VSR Management Solution.

Q: When this version will be available and where?
A: Veritas System Recovery 18 was released on February 5th 2018. If you are current on maintenance, you can download it from the new Veritas Entitlement Management System (VEMS) at www.veritas.com/support. Product, software license, maintenance/support and service entitlement data for all Veritas products and services will be made available to you via the VEMS.

Q: Where can I get technical help when trialling the product?
A: Visit our VOX forum for peer-to-peer discussion or support site for additional resources and technical content.
