I know many corporate environments take a long time to upgrade to newer Operating Systems, but here is something worth bearing in mind. On April 8, 2014 Microsoft will be ending support for Windows XP and Office 2003.
The advice from Microsoft in the blog post is that you shouldn’t wait for the next version of Windows and Office, you should upgrade ‘today’ to Windows 7 and Office 2010.
