Export to PST

How can we export user archives to PST's larger than 600mb? Currently 600mb seems to be the limit and we have some pretty large mailboxes where this is not ideal.

Discovery.cloud splits large exports into 2GB batches. i've read about a 200,000 item limit per export but if you're having an issue at 600mb then you're probably not hitting that limit.

how are you going about doing your exports?

Going to https://discovery.us.archive.veritas.com/login.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2FDefault.aspx.

Then selecting desired aaccount. Selecting checkbox next to From (to select all), finally clicking on Export Emails -> Export All Emails.

if you expand the Batch Processes node and select Exports, is there any helpful information?
