hello,

somebody help me. I stuck this issue for a month.

I use EV 10.0.3.1090

OS : Windows 2008

SQL Server Std DB (run backup on 8:00 PM)

I use trigger file to state that file is backup already. (run on 12:00 AM.)

this is example of trigger file. I run this batch file every 12:00 AM.

echo "Enterprise Vault trigger file" > "D:\EV\Vault Store\MBX Apr 2014\IgnoreArchiveBitTrigger.txt"

I got this error for a month.

I run trigger file everyday and run backup by SQL job everyday. it is success.

why it still show this error? please help me. I try everything but cannot fix it.

Was this working Before ? 

Once you remove the Ev fro the backup mode , it needs the updated trigger file.

yes. it has working before. I don't know why it is not working this month.

I have run that query it returns 281195 rows. and backup complete section states 0

what should I do with trigger file?

I found some closed parition is still have some unsecure item and did not backup.

It seems the  IgnoreArchiveBitTrigger.txt  is not updated.
