On many of our workstations we have shared mailbox access without Outlook 2003, whereby one staff member can view the mailbox of another. If they open an item within with own mailbox from a shortcut it opens the full items from the Vault mailbox archive. If they open an item within a mailbox other than their own (from within Outlook) from a shortcut - it only shows the shortcut content (based on the level we set). It does give the option across the top of the email to click to view full item, but this does not work.
The policy is set to ensure that when a shortcut item is opened the actual item is retrieved from the vault and displayed.
Is this expected behaviour when opening a shortcutted item from a mailbox other than your own?

Hi
Check that you have set "Allow script in shared folders" in the Mailbox Policy -> Advanced.
Additionally, check that the User really has Permission on the shared archive.
