Add a second exchange-server..

At this moment we're using EVault 6.0 SP3 with an Exchange 2000 server.

We're migrating towards Exchange 2003. But the new server is also in a new AD-domain. How do we add the new server so archiving is possible on both exchange-servers at the same time?
Which rights are nescesary on the new mailserver? The mailserver is part of a big exchange-organisation with app. 150 mailservers. We're local admin on this server but have only rights on the mailstores and the mailboxes.

Regards,
Gerben Rerink.

The rights that you require are no different than your existing Exchange server. You specifically need Send As/receive As rights on all AD users/mailboxes and you also need the ability to modify the Exchange Information Store. This is typically granted by the Exchange Full Admin rights. It actually sounds as though you may have the rights you need. Just add the new domain and then new Exchange server and then test.
