Adding new exchange server

Hi All,

Having a weird issue. We are trying to add a new exchange server to the EV system but it states it cannot find the exchange server. We are able to ping the server as well as terminal service into the server. 

No errors are popping up. It is on a different domain as we are doing a domain migration of the entire infrastructure. We have a trust between the two domains. 

Any advice would be great.

Landed up logging a support call with Veritas.

The way the resolved the problem was by adding the exchange server to the windows host file. 

Wasn't expecting that as a resolution.
