Hello,
a customer is facing the following error described in this technote.
He has the server version 12.5.2 installed. Also the client add-in is up to date.
Unfortunately the issue is still present. In the technote the solution is to update to 12.5.1
The solution dont work here.
Any ideas?

At the bottom it states below. Can you upgrade/have you upgraded already, and did it fix?
This issue has been fixed in EV 12.4.1 and 12.5. However, as there are two other known issues relating to Date Range searches in these versions is it recommended to upgrade to either EV 12.5.3 or EV 14.1.
