All archived file suddenly corrupted and cannot be retrieved ?

Hi,

I'm not sure how can this be happening all in a sudden as to why all of my users cannot retrieved archived files from my clustered Windows File Server 2008, I'm using EV 9.0.4.R1 and here's the error message from the event viewer, there are 35000+ events and most of them are like this one:

Are the files and placeholders stored on an EMC VNX?
(i seem to remember from a different thread you use them elsewhere)

Hi Jesus,

The current files is stored in EMC CX4 LUN presented to the EV server as raw LUN for EV Vault Store

Would suggest calling EV support and get a DTrace of w3wp, it could be related

ok, so the issue was that the EV FSA Admin permission credentials were more than one account.

one is the Enterprise Admin account and the other is the EV Service account.

after that the Tech SUpport ask me to re-register the asp.dll to reset the IIS configuration.
