Hi all
I have EnterpriseVault V7.5 and we had this error: “An error has occurred during report processing” on the fowling reports:

Data Analysis Reports
            Duplicate Files on a Server
            Duplicate Files Summary
Inactive Files on a Server by User
            Inactive Files Summary

Operation Reports
            Archived Items Access
            Archived Items Access Trends
            Vault Store Usage by Archive
Vault Store Usage by Billing Account

Anyone have any ideas to solve this problem?

Thank you

No there isn't unfortunately as the reports use calls to NET Framework 1.1 only available in the x86 version of that NET Framework The workaround is simply to use Usage.asp and listvaults.asp

So some of the reports work?

Do you have FSA?

What version of SQL reporting are you?

Data Analysis Reports
            Duplicate Files on a Server
            Duplicate Files Summary
Inactive Files on a Server by User
            Inactive Files Summary

As tony suggested, the above all require FSA reporting to be enabled and a full scan to be completed

Operation Reports
            Archived Items Access
            Archived Items Access Trends

The above require Enterprise Vault Auditing to be enabled

            Vault Store Usage by Archive
Vault Store Usage by Billing Account

The above won't work on x64 bit versions of SQL Reporting Services
