Hi

several users are not being archived for few weeks now.

event viewer shows:

Retrieved a [MsgID_ArchiveMailboxEx3 (91)] MSMQ message on queue [AFCONARC\Private$\Enterprise Vault Exchange Mailbox Task for AFCONMAIL 131217135902 A3], but it's retry count [4] exceeds the maximum retry limit [3]. 

dtrace attached of archive task, shows error 0x80040119, but I can't seem to find the reason to it.

ZAP done - not working after zap as well.

In Dtrace, I could see following lines.

EV:M    {CArchivingAgent::processMessages:#5108} Could not scan [user mailbox] [/o=Feuchtwanger Industries Ltd/ou=FIL/cn=Recipients/cn=Yosi H]. This problem is commonly fixed on the next scan. Cannot list messages: [0x80040119] [(null)]

Before EV archiving task error out and dispenser stopped, it was processing below message.

Can you try to put this item out of the mailbox and perform run-now in normal mode?
