What happend in my last call was that Symantec set me up with a customer (based in the US), and as soon as the call was established, the symantec person dropped of the conversation. That gave us the possibility to talk about the pro's and con's without a sales person interferring.
As an EV-admin I think that Symantec has enough confidence in the product to let you talk to a customer without them (Sym) being on the call also.
