FSA - specifically Version 8 SP3 my organisation is thinking of buying into this technology but my Head of Service wnats to talk to someone that is using the product already and we can find no-one.

Hi Patrick,

Check with your program-manager or (pre)sales-engineer. I'm sure they can connect you to someone using it. I am not using it, so I cannot be of help.

I've been asked a few times to talk to a ' might-be'  customer, on request of the p-m.

I thought of contacting sales but my Hos want to go to user that are not screened by a Symantec Sales person

Hi Patrick,

What happend in my last call was that Symantec set me up with a customer (based in the US), and as soon as the call was established, the symantec person dropped of the conversation. That gave us the possibility to talk about the pro's and con's without a sales person interferring.

As an EV-admin I think that Symantec has enough confidence in the product to let you talk to a customer without them (Sym) being on the call also.
