OK can you make sure that the location is not being scanned by Anti Virus and also make sure that Opportunistic Locking is turned off on the EV Server *AND* the NetApp itself

If you restart your Indexing Service, does the error then go away at all?
Also do you use FSA or Public Folders at all?

Are there any errors related to the indexes in the event log ?
Check the volume on which you have your indexes does not have any issue i.e Physical corruption

no errors except some users with faild indexes but the account we are using has its index in normal state and located on a separate VOL.

Do you use Discovery Accelerator or anything that would be consuming most of the Index Servers resources?

I hope you have the Index on the local NTFS volume ..When did this issue started ? any kind of chages made to the environment which you think have led to this issue?
