Archive Explorer EV9 and FSA archiving

Hi.

Could anybody explain why the location of moved Placeholder (moved from one folder to another folder inside the archiving point) is not updated in Archive Explorer? The file is still shown in original location ...

That is expected behavior I believe since you are staying on the same volume.  Below is from the doc's:

If the destination is on the same volume, the placeholder is moved.

If the destination is on a different volume, the archived file is restored and then moved to the destination.

Is this the case of a user moving a placeholder or did you do a re-org of the file system?

Users are moving files and placeholders and they are confused by Archive Explorer view because the archived files are shown in the initails folders, not in the current...

So, we must wait EV10 upgrade of our servers?

Yep, understood.  According to the last post by Darren it is after EV 10.  It might be worth posting it in the ideas section and then put that link here.  If enough people give it a thumbs up it would let PM know the demand is there.
