Archive Explorer script error

Hi

We have an issue with a couple of users:

Microsoft Windows 7 Professional Service Pack 1 (Build 7601)
Enterprise Vault Client 9.0.4.1102.0
Microsoft Office Outlook 2010 14.0.6029.1000

Microsoft Internet Explorer 9.11.9600.18314 (IE11)

On opening Archive Explorer inside Outlook, the following error message is displayed:

denied.png

User clicks "Yes" to continue. They can expand subfolders in the left hand pane, but when single-clicking on a folder in the left hand pane in order to populate the right hand pane, the following error message is then displayed:

clicked.png

Any attempt thereafter to populate the right hand pane by clicking on a folder in the left hand pane will produce the above error dialog. It makes no difference which button (Yes or No) is clicked on the error dialog

Any ideas where to start in troubleshooting this one? I've search these forums, I've not found anything that matches these symptoms. This is the closest that I have found

Thanks

Probably IE corporate settings, maybe to high security standard?

is the evserver listed under trusted sites?

On the folder mentioned, do 'authenticated users' have read/list permissions?

Thank you for the responses;

The corporate IE settings are standard (group policy) across the estate, only two users affected though.

I don't have access to the EV server, but if the permissions were incorrect, again there would surely be more than 2 users affected?
