Archive Expolrer expending folder

Hi

vault version 8.04 .

specific user  canot expent his folder hierarchy  

the items Available in advances search  .

i query the sql with

USEEnterpriseVaultDirectory

SELECT* from ArchiveFolderView

WHEREArchiveVEID = '1F21BDD520CD82634D8E8B949EDC8A04801110000vault'"

and saw that i have same folder (not the top information) with null in the prentfolder .

i know that the Recommend solution is to export the archive to pst delete the archive , and import

Is there are another solution ?

I read in same place that the support as utility that can fix this issue

If there is any entry of a folder which had parentrootidentity set to NUll , chage the parent root id to the correct one manually . Only the parentroot ID of Top of infromation store should be Null ..
