Archive Move - SSID info

Hi Team,

 

Need your help to resolve this.

I am working on archive move, during this archive move status shows “ Failed” When I check the log file, I see the SSID of the archive which is of 32 characters. I referred article

Looks like the entire SSID is of 69 characters.  Not sure how I get the remaining. I need to find out which email item is failing to move to do the destination vault store. Below is the example of Archive move log file, Please suggest

Logging Type      Phase    Item ID Source saveset ID            Destination saveset ID 

Retry Copy Failure           Copying                C08F360564D25BEEA73A3601752AA2A1 -              -
