Hi,
When user is trying to open ARCHIVE EXPLORER or SEARCH VAULT through OWA then it is showing blank page.
Environment- Enterprise Vault 8 SP4
Exchange- 2003
already tried some solution but still problem is same.
sol. 1- modofied the policy settings in vault console.
sol. 2- check for digest authentication in exchange server's iis-vault proxy site
sol 2- reinstalled the OWA extension on frontend and backend servers.
if any Suggestion/Solution , please share.

its most likely your proxycfg, try setting it to -d

The tool in this link http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH126141 will help in assessing your OWA environment. IT might give you an idea where to look.
