When we try to open Archive Explorer from Microsoft Outlook in most cases we cannot see all archived mails. When we select Search button and go button we can see all mails. But my client demand to see all archived mails when he open Archive Explorer from Microsoft Outlook. Can you please help us with this problem or do I need to open another incident.

Is it because of the 10 page limit in AE? (ie do you have the warning sign saying more items exist?)
Your best bet is to start using Virtual Vault with EV8+ Server and EV8+ clients on the desktop.
it acts just like a PST file connected to Outlook, its better than AE by about 2500 miles

Maybe I was not be clear enough. For example if I have in archive 5 items and manually send to archive another 2 items, when I open Archive explorer I will see just 5 items. If I clear IE cache and restart outlook I will see all 7 items.

right click in the window and press Refresh, its just a caching issue, thats all

You would have to reduce the cached time within the webapp.ini in EV, but its designed to cache like that due to the extra strain each and every request on the index would make from all the users.
Would seriously suggest looking in to Virtual Vault, its far more sophisticated
