Archive task fails - EventID: 3177 and 3475 (retrieval task)

HI All, My achive tasks from some mailbox server failed all time even I start tasks. So my users are very impacted, please help me

The issue may be related to too many MAPI connections per EV server. Try limiting the number of connection per Exchange Archiving task and also check how many Outlook profiles you have at the moment and remove them.
