Archived Email is not displaying the recepient information in the "To" field - Symantec Vault Client.

I reset the cache and used Archive Explorer and the "To" field is still empty on most of the emails ?  any idea what is causing this ?

Thanks

Wasn't there something like this relating to restored items from Exchange 2010?

Working for cloudficient.com

so I applied the hotfix on server . I am doing full vault cache reset , as partial Reset did not work  , I will verify in an hour .

As for Archive Explorer ( i think called Search Vault now )  , I managed to modify to colum property name and that worked . ( see screenshot  )

I will verfy if full cache reset worked , still synching !
