Archived Infopath mails - Virtual Vault and Shortcuts

Hi,

We're using EV 8 SP5 with Virtual Vault. One of the options we set is "No Shortcuts" when it comes to creating stubs in the outlook client.

We have a group of users that is using Infopath and it's forms in the following way:

1. Open infopath form and fill the data
2. Press the mail button in the infopath form directly and send the mail
3. Then the mail will go to sent folder.
4. These infopath form mails will not be removed after archived.

Question here is: Although these items are archived, a shortcut remains in the mailbox (sent items in this case).

All other "normal" sent mail is archived with NO shortcut in the folder.

Anyone have experienced this kind of behavior?

Is the message class of these messages the same as the 'normal' messages in the sent items folder?
