Archived email with images not displaying correctly.

Hello All,

We have observed that archived emails that had images in them are not being displayed correctly in outlook.There are several such instances.

After restoring the item it displays correctly.

What is the shortcut policy set to with regards to the body of messages

Outlook version 2013 sp1

EV addin Version: 11

Earlier I had ev 10.0.4, same issue was observed there as well.

Kindly find the original message screenshot attached as 1.

After archiving it look like as shown in attachment 2.

How have you configured your shortcut policy in relation to content? First 100 chars? 'Use Message body' ?
