Archives For Users Without Exchange Mailboxes?

Hi all-

We have a bunch of old PST files for people who are no longer in our employ.  We would like to import their old mail data into SEV for retention purposes but these users no longer have AD accounts/Exchange mailboxes.  Aside from creating accounts for these or adding the files to an existing users mailbox, is there a way to import their PSTs into SEV into a sort of dummy account that isn't linked to an Exchange account?

The goal is to have the mail searchable via SEV in the case of possible future legal disputes.

Will one big archive be sufficient or do you want seperate archives?

Separate archives would be preferred.

You should be able to create "Shared Archives" to achieve what you need.
Have a look in the VAC, under the Archives -> Shared Archives node.
