We have a scheduled run where none of the 500+ mailboxes on a server were processed. All show an error 'failed to process mailbox'. There are some 2270 and 3436 errors in the event log. The archiving run only lasts 5 minutes! Have attached a screenshot illustrating.
A backup of the exchange server was running at the time the archiving run started.
Does anyone have experience of a similar issue? Why would every mailbox fail to be processed? Other Exchange servers in the same site were processed ok.Any advice is appreciated :)
