Attachments are missing in archived emails

Hello All,

Attachments are misssing from archived emails! No links as well. But when mail item is restored, it restores as normal with attachment. Any configuration I missed?

EV Version: 12.1
Exchange Version: 2013

Hi

I hope you are talking about EV shortcut (stub) in the mailbox. By default, attachments details will not be available on shortcut. You can review ‘shortcut content’ settings from mailbox policy. Change ‘display attachment as :<none, OR text OR links’. Please note this setting will only be applicable for newly archived content. If you wish to change the shortcut content of existing items then refer  https://www.veritas.com/support/en_US/article.000031383
