Attachments dosent show

Hey. 

Ive noticed that users that havent used addon, cant see the attachments. Is this the case?

I got addon installed and i can open attachments and everything is working fine for me. So i was just wondering if somebody know if thats the diffrence.

In order for a shortcut to be opened and retrieved from the EV server you must have the EV client installed otherwise you will just see the shortcut The only other option without having the client installed is to use archive explorer or browser search
