Hi,

How and where to set the EV so that in my fileserver, it automatically delete the files and directory that is deleted in the fileserver ?

use case: one of our department has been bought by another company so they are leaving us.

So I want to reduce the load in the Vault store which can then be open again to archive something else.

if the files are placeholders, you can specify a delete on delete and have the PHS delete the archived item as the files are being deleted.

Otherwise your only real option is to use FSAUtility to restore items that only have placeholders, delete the archive, reenable the archive, and then re-archive the items you restred
