Automatic Classification Engine Installation problem

Hi ,

I am facing some problem while installing the ACE Base machine.
The error being shown is:
ERR 25145
Error installing database user creation stored procedure.Unable to create schema(Code:0xe563a0b).

Please do help me in this issue
