We are looking to restrict the creation or modificaiton of PSTs on client machines. in GPO for Office 2013 we turned on "Prevent Users from adding new content to existing PST files" and "Prevent users from adding PSTs to Outlook Profiles and/or prevent using Sharing-Exlusive to PSTs".
On launching Outlook we now get the message from the Enterprise Vault Add-On that states..... "A setting on your computer that controls the size of Outlook data files may affect the operation of the Enterprie Vault Add-In"
Quesiton 1: Can we suppress this message and how?
Quesiton 2: What functions will not work in the vault add-on if PST creation is blocked?
Any guidance would be appreciated.
