Can EVPM be used to script the export of user arhcives to PST

Hi

We have client who wishes to export a significant number of user archives to PST - can this process be automated perhaps with EVPM?

Sorry, but no.  You will either need to use the Archive Export Wizard from the admin console.  (Right click Archives in the Admin Console and choose Export) or a third party tool like Akaibu Evolve or Quadrotech's Archive Shuttle.
