In outlook, I click on the "Search Archive" icon, and the search page appears. However, I see three other users in the " In Vault" section, but I do not see my own vault listed.
Any ideas?

How are you logged in to the machine? It sounds as if you are logged in as someone else.

Nope, logged in as myself.

So what happens when you try to open a shortcut? Does it open or do you get access denied and an Event in the EV app log?

Nope, shortcuts open fine.

Use Permission Browser verify what perms are set.
Most likely you have delegate control over the others...

1) How do you use Permission Broswer
2) The issue is not with me having delgation over others, but I can do not see my own vault in "Search Vault"/

So is this only affecting you or does it affect others?
can you log into a different machine and it work?
what about opening Internet Explorer directly, does it work?
Did it ever work? If yes, when did it stop?
Also, what version of EV and client? Client OS version?
Have you got a client trace?
