Can not see information when click shortcut on EV server and Error when use VAC browse then click archived items

- When click shortcut on the other server,recall process work fine but on EV server show notthing without error(look like open shortcut body - no recall).
- If use VAC then browse and search archive item. When click on item will have error message "Cannot download archive item ..". If use url http://evserver/enterprisevault to search samething and click,Item can show.

So it sounds like its a DNS issue
If you try to go to http://yourEVServer/EnterpriseVault/ ... does this URL open or does it give a page cannot be displayed error?
If you open a command prompt (start -> run -> type "cmd" and press Enter) if you do a "ping yourEVServer" does it resolve? is the IP Address correct? does it return pings?

if it doesn't resolve, make sure that you get your DNS team to add the CNAME record to get that alias you have configured to point to the EVServer name

Are you using full client or lite client ..You can check that by going to help and about enterprise vault
if it shows http --it is a lite client and if it shows dcom it is a full client .

make sure you enterpise ault is not in backup mode.but mostily it would be a DNS issue as state jesusWept2
