I changed my Exchange Quota so my email will start archiving. Now I reveive an error message whenever I try to send out an email. According to my EV exchage policy, it should strat archiving when I rach 10% free. I have tons of free space. Why can't I send email?
Figure A: should my EV policy.
Figure B" Shows my MS Exchage Quota.
Figure C: Shows my free space in my inbox,
Figure D is the error message.
Any idea what is stopping me from sending mail?

it looks like you are missing some 000's on your quota settings. your mailbox size is 45,832KB and you set a prohibit send at 250KB. EV can't archive from a mailbox that is over its quota.

So if I have users who do not have any quota and now I want to start archiving their email and set quotas, what would be the preferred method of doing this without impacting their email.

Set the quota just don't set it to 250 KB as in your example. Also, you don't have to set a prohibit send quota.
